| Complaints Procedure |
While offering the highest
possible standard of care to our patients, there may be times when you feel that we have
not achieved these standards. We have an in-house complaints procedure which allows
us to very quickly respond to any grievance a patient may have.
You can, of course, approach the
Family
Health Services Authority but we hope you will allow us to look into and, if
necessary, correct any problems that you have identified.
If you wish to make a complaint, please do so through our Practice Manager.
He will ask you to write down all details of the problem you have encountered
after which a decision can be made on how best to undertake the investigation.
If you wish to make a complaint on behalf of another patient, that patient's
consent will be necessary before any investigation can be undertaken.
Using our complaints procedure will not prejudice your right to go to the
Family Health Services Authority, if you think it is necessary. |
